Firstly they let me know when they were on their way and that they would call when they were close - communication throughout the experience has been great.
On arrival they were polite and very knowledgeable - upfront with the possibility that the flywheel might be damaged if the clutch had gone but wouldn't carry out any additional work without letting me know first.

It was HOT and they worked hard - were polite and friendly toward me, my kids and my husband when he arrived home.
I hate having people over to do work because I feel awkward but this experience has been really positive and I highly rate RoadReady!

I was quoted £362 for the additional flywheel but was charged £462. Unsure why

I can’t fault the mechanic, he kept me informed with everything I needed to know. Was pleasant to talk to me and left me feeling confident in his work. Completely happy with the finished work and will definitely use him again

They arrived at midday, disappeared for at least an hour and a half, only at 5pm did they tell me that the clutch was not the correct one and that Click Mechanic had under quoted. They had already fitted the new clutch but ran into problems. They did not have a bleeding tool.
The mechanics finished work at midnight. I could not test drive it at this late hour. Which is why I did not respond to your reviews etc. Sunday morning I looked at my van and screws are missing from the engine compartment and the under panel has screws missing and screws still sticking out. The clutch is on the floor and won't raise. I cannot move my van at all!
I have given the mechanic ample opportunity to return and fix it but over a week later, I am still waiting with no idea what's happening.
The new clutch has been fitted, without proper testing and is in a worse condition than it was before. It was drivable and now it isn't. What am I supposed to do? I am disappointed and angry with this service as my van is my only source of income for work! Read more
