not happy, could not replace belt, still charged £60 do not understand, why not say that in the first place

Brandon was excellent, turned up on time and finished the job (DS3 wet belt replacement) with his colleague within the guided period, all done at our house, obviously only time will tell how good the work was but it was very encouraging / positive that he specified in advance everything that needed to be done (as outlined by Citroen) without being prompted, that involved a lot more than just "belt and oil" that some others quoted for, not a cheap job but less than Citroen and some others wanted. Brandon was punctual and friendly, quickly fitted a replacement part that he had diagnosed as being the problem on a previous visit, and left us with a working car. Couldn’t ask for more!

Major service and replacement of horn on a Land Rover Freelander 2. All work undertaken successfully, and despite some challenges with the horn (wrong part) it is now working fine after Brandon managed to install a horn (obviously this is an MOT fail so wanted it done ASAP). Brandon was a little bit later than originally scheduled but let me know that he was running a bit late so it wasn't a problem. He was polite and friendly and explained the problem with my car clearly. It needed a new part so he rang me later and explained the options and the timescales so that I could make an informed decision. Very happy with the service so far.
