Whilst we were unable to get the car going, the mechanic was extremely helpful and friendly and did all the basic checks, finally diagnosing it was an electrical control unit problem which needed an expert in that particular field. He gave me useful advice as to the way forward,

Great work by Brandon, went above and beyond, only rated punctuality 4 stars as arrived a bit later than planned but that's harsh of me if I'm honest as it would have been a long drive in peak traffic, that's the mitigation, and the work was completed in a very reasonable time which is the important part. Despite all the issues with my car, mechanic was very honest and professional.

Brandon was punctual, polite and got the job done efficiently (replacement of brake discs and pads). I was very happy with the work and would use Brandon again. He was also able to give advice on other matters about my car in terms of future maintenance requirements and items raised on my last MOT. Highly recommended.

Two diagnostic visits and an expensive timing belt changed. Car still not on the road. £600 spent and car still doesn’t work. 3 different mechanics seem like they just guess at a problem charge for the job and leave it still not running.
Having spark plugs changed tomorrow after advice from last mechanic, he wouldn’t answer when I asked when he’d do it.
