To be fair this was a complex job, timing was completely out on my ford focus, so it involved the water pump auxiliary belt and the timing belt.
The lads worked hard to sort the issue, got it done in just over a day. They kept me posted and was always very polite. Best price that I could find too. Will definitely use them again.

The mechanics fixed my problems and I was happy with the service. I had 2 issues, one with my coolant tank and the other with my wiper pump.

Can't actually comment on quality of work since it was an MOT I booked. (Collection from my property and delivery back.) However, punctuality and communication were both excellent. Whole process trouble free. For info, the garage that picked up my order was SD Autocentre, Ilford.

I am very happy with the service I received. I was kept in the loop at all times and the work was done promptly.

Avoid at all costs. I was invoiced for brand-new safety-critical parts (clutch pedal and master cylinder), but the mechanic fitted a used/second-hand pedal instead. This was admitted by the mechanic and confirmed by the ClickMechanic mediator, Paul.

Most alarmingly, when I challenged the fraud, the mechanic made written threats to attend my property/garage to reinstall 'broken' parts that 'will not work'—stating the car would become a 'ton of scrap'. A mechanic who threatens to intentionally sabotage vehicle safety to avoid a refund is a danger to the public.

This matter is now a formal criminal investigation with Action Fraud (Ref: RF26040221253C) and Trading Standards (Ref: CCA-7083106). Barclays has also suspended the transaction for a full Section 75 claim. Read more
