Spencer was great! Friendly and patient with what turned out to be a tougher repair than expected. He quickly sourced the additional parts required and completed the job today allowing me to get my car through the MOT retest this evening and back on the road :-) He explained clearly what the issues were and showed me the damaged parts, completely transparent. Highly recommended.

Spencer arrived on time, understood the issue and managed to track down a battery draining problem from a non-functioning relay. He committed to find a new part and return to resovle as soon as possible, and prior to our planned camping trip on Friday evening.

Spencer is very trustworthy and friendly man.He was /is very punctual and knowledgable even giving some of the time too explain another mechanical matter which wasnt the job in hand,as opposed to trying to get the job done and get gone as quick as possible.
That said the job was done in very good time and without any issues at all.
Ill certainly be asking for his expertise next time i have work to be done on my car. Definetely confident in my family and friends being giving click mechanics number and specifically asking for him.
