Excellent communication and very knowledgable - found the problem really fast and explained it to me so I understood action needed as well as recommended a place I could get the works done as it is quite a specialist job to do.

Spencer was fantastic. I had to go to Sports day for my kids so couldn’t meet him but I left my keys in a safe place for him to carry out the work. Very trustworthy and a great job. Will use again😀
