I left school at 16 years old to pursue a career in the motor trade and started and apperticeship at BMW, I got made redundant after few years so could not complete the apprenticeship. I moved to an independent garage in Nottingham for 3 years. I was then privileged to be able to teach motor vehicle maintenance repair for a local youth project for 4 years getting students up to IMI Level 3 standard. As a change and a bit of an adventure I went to Sea and worked on a ship as deck engineer/Bosun for 4 years before setting-up my own mobile mechanic business in 2010 called Amber Service. The business caters for all makes/models of vehicle & I tackle all repairs.
