Dumitru was professional. Arrived at 1pm which was between the estimated time of 12-2pm. Completed the work and gave me advice about what to expect when changing brake discs and pads. Job took 30 mins. Absolutely fantastic

Both mechanics that arrived were friendly and communicative with the work that needed doing. My only issue was that the agreed time was between 1430 and 1600 and they arrived after 1600 with no apology and no reason as to why they were late. This didn't end up being a problem as I was available but it would have been nice to understand why they weren't in the agreed time slot. Overall I'm happy with the work that was carried out.
