Gavin did an excellent job especially considering how hard it was to remove the rusted on discs.
My brakes are now working better than they ever have.

Gavin was great, very friendly and professional. He was happy to answer all my questions and explained the whole process of the work he was carrying out. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics and garages in the past, especially since I don’t know much about cars and only recently got one, so it was really refreshing to deal with someone like Gavin.

Using Click Mechanic for the first time was a bit scary as I'd only used garages before. However Gavin arrived bang on 8am and got to work. He showed me the brake disc and pad which I'd never seen before and why they needed replacing which was very helpful.
He took just over an hour to replace both front discs and pads and the drive belt. I was amazed, based on the huge quote from my regular garage for the same work I thought it would take three hours. He seems like a really nice guy as well as knowledgeable and I would definitely ask him to work on the car again.
