Shane was great, he called a few hours before appointment to discuss the issue in more detail. He called again 10mins before appointment
Upon arrival he ran a diagnostic test and talked me through what was coming up, he then talked through how best to resolve the issue. He had the vehicle up and running within 30minutes. He also advised about potential issues that may arise and how to fix. A result all round

Shane was great. I booked a priority appointment and Shane rang me straight away to arrange to see me within 24h. The garages I'd tried had waiting lists longer than 2 weeks. Shane gave the car a thorough inspection and diagnosed the problem straight away.
