Imran was friendly, informative and professional. He even sent me a video of the issues with my vehicle so I was able to see exactly what I was dealing with. Even though I ended up spending more then I intended on an MOT & Service due to extra works, I was assured that good quality parts had been installed and all work had been completed to a high standard.

The mechanic (I think his name was Ahmed) was very polite, courteous and prompt. He kept me updated with the progress.
