2 young men of ethnic origin turned up who weren’t exactly fluent in English. Didn’t really explain how they got to my house as there was no van or truck turned up.
Wasn’t sure whether I could trust them.
They took my car away and had it for 4-5 hours. No communication to let me know they had a problem with a caliper. They had the wrong set of brakes for the rear. When they eventually answered the phone I found out exactly why they were taking so long.
New parts fitted but brakes feel a little spongy.
Not sure I would use this service again.

Fantastic service from the nice man who picked up car and dropping it back. I had missed his call when he couldn’t find the house. He was most courteous and returned to find me. He returned the car within 5 hours and great communication about the MOT and battery health.

As yet I haven't had a chance to test drive the car. It was picked up on time as planned.
A bit of an update would be good as I arrived home expecting it to be there so had to chase it up.
Wheels covered in oily hand prints but that not an issue. Happy with the price
