James was fantastic although he did have a problem sourcing a battery which meant he was a day late but his communication and customer service was second to none.

I had some reservations about booking something like this on the internet but I had nothing to be concerned about. I’ve had emails, texts and a courtesy call from James introducing himself before the appointment.
James arrived 30 mins before the appointment time, explained a little on the garage where the work is done, advised what time he should be back and even got the car back early. 10/10 brilliant service at a reasonable price too!! I will be using Click mechanic again and will be recommending your services to family and friends. Thanks again.
