James was excellent, he arrived on time and sorted out my problem quickly. He had a very pleasant manner and outlined the various options open to me. He had to take my car away to collect and fit a new battery. He said that he would be back by 3.00 pm. but was actually back just after 2.00 pm. It is great to have the car running properly again. I have no hesitation in recommending "Click Mechanic" to anyone who needed their car fixed.

James was brilliant. He arrived early and listened to my experience and the history of the car before making great suggestions and giving great advice. James went above and beyond, offering to help get my car sorted the same day. While the car unfortunately had problems beyond his help, he was apologetic and explained every step he was doing in detail, will definitely use this service again.

Sorry we couldn’t help on this matter but it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact issue with out full engine strip down after finding so much metal filing contaminants in the oil and filter. James did a great job replacing the rear brake discs damaged by a sticky brake and also replaced all the brake pads on my car.
very friendly and collected the car on time, kept me informed via text at all time so couldn't fault the service at all.
Decided to test drive for a fortnight before leaving this review to check everything is working fine, no more issue's so far.
Will definitely use again in the future
