Our Mechanic was great, knew what he had to do and cracked into it immediately. Was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and courteous.

Cristian arrived on time and was very polite. He quickly carried out the work and highlighted a probable cause of the initial problem by showing pictures he had taken whilst replacing the parts.

No issues with the car so far. My husband who dealt with the mechanic as I was at work did have some trouble understanding him because of a language barrier, which is not his or our fault. But this made it a bit hard to understand what faults there was and relaying that info to us. I did send him a message last week but I am yet to get a reply from him which I find frustrating as he mentioned faults but did not elaborate further as to where they are.

Cristian was extremely professional and had my car back in the road in no time. I am extremely happy with the work he carried out today.

Completed a major service and stop / start battery change on a 3 series bmw to a very high standard, identified an oil leak showed me the problem and im now booked in to have issues fixed. Would highly recommend
