Ali was very friendly and professional.
He helped me with pre purchase car inspection. He spotted few things I would have not been able to spot on my own. The dealer acknowledged these findings are agreed to rectify them. He sounded knowledgable in his field.
His assessment was thorough. He contacted me when he finished and given me a verbal report and discussed his findings with recommendations. This was followed by a report that was emailed to me.

Yes, mechanic was good. It would have been better if we had an option to select parts. There was no information on parts sourced and quality of these. For example: when your getting brake discs changed, you want coated ones so it does not get rusted I suppose.
