I was looking for a second opinion after a failed MOT on an old 4x4. The original appointment I made online was cancelled by ClickMechanic,, the second appointment was kept but a few hours late.
Leon reviewed the issues I have with my car and advised me on the best next course of action. I have followed that advice.
Leon seemed technically very competent and experienced, but I would suggest to ClichMechanic that if they want to grow this business they should turnout in an AA/RAC like van, uniformed, and be professionally on time. This visit seemed to be tucked in during a leisure trip to the Cotswolds with his partner, who accompanied him, not what I expected.
The standard family car he turned up in could not possible have had all the tools and diagnostics on board that may have been required.

I'm really sorry if my looks and my appearance make you feel I'm unprofissional, the toyota prius is my only car, for the distance I cover I had to use something very good on fuel, otherwise I'm just going to work for the energy companies.
But I'd wish if you did answer my phone or return my calls to tell me my mistakes instead of going direct to the feedback section here.
I will be more than happy to refund all your cost since you have feel being treated unprofissionaly, I will notify admins here to help me do that, hope that would make you feel little comfortble for the unprofissional service you have receive from me.
But I'm glad you found the advise I gave useful, at the end of the day, my aim is to make a living while helping clients save money from greedy garages.
As for the dubts eqipments, because I was under the impression I'm simply going there to give a quote for the list of jobs, so no welder nor other eqipment was bought with me...... I load them up on the day for what I need only, having heavry stuff on a car is bad for fuel and the air around us.
because I have multiple job in the area the very sameday, so you were sandwich in between other jobs, not my leisure program, but I don't think I have any wrong doings taking my partner with me on a long work trip, because I want to spend time with my family, and when I work she stay out f my way the whole time, and she pass me tools when I need to? And one of the main reason I work for myself is the freedom to spend time with my family......
