I had Elliot as my mechanic. He was so unprofessional and rude in nature. He came to replace my engine oil and filter. He left the car without an oil filler cap. I had a long journey to London for 8hours and I realised in the middle of the road the oil was coming out and sprinkling all over my engine. I told Elliot and he would not respond some of my messages in time, he made an appointment to come fix it of which he didn’t turn up on that appointment and didn’t bother to pick my calls on that day. Then after ignoring my messages and phone calls he then called me the next day saying he will come to put the filler cap on my car. When he arrived he was rude in nature and he was also about 45minutes late. Not a nice person to deal with, very rude personality. He then apologised later but he made me go through all that. Was disappointed. Never recommending clickmechanic to anyone, this was a nightmare. Read more
