Awful platform. Mechanics charge what they like - regardless of the inclusive package. When you complain you just get sent a bunch of generic emails saying they’re ‘just the middle man’. When I threatened trading standards, they finally stepped in but the resolution was cr** and I didn’t receive a reply. Sometimes things are too good to be true… this is certainly a good example. Avoid!!
