Jay was great. I needed a diagnosis after the local garage failed to solve the problem. He found the fault straight away and gave me three possible solutions.

Peter was friendly and professional and he carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He showed me the new break pads and explained they would take a bit of time to bed in and also explained I would need to pump the brakes before driving the car.
I was happy with the work completed, but communication wasn't great. I was advised they were unable to come on the planned day due to unavailability of the right parts, and said they would come the following morning. On the following morning I couldn't get an update and I had to ask the ClickMechanic team to intervene, which they did.
By the time the mechanic was on his way, I needed to go out, and fortunately it was possible for them to come to the place I was going and carry out the work there, otherwise the work would have had to be rescheduled again!.

Jay was great - was on time and gave a call before to let me know when they was turning up, work was done quickly without bother. Highly recommend

yes all was great, Jay diagnosed the problem, he is unable to fix completely as welding is required, therefore I will take it to a garage, but will use your service in the future.
