Marian arrived at the scheduled time for the vehicle inspection. He called me straight after he had finished the inspection and gave me a verbal report while still fresh in his mind. He also answered my particular questions fully. Seems like a very knowledgeable and reliable mechanic.

Marian explained the process, arrived on time (to the minute) and kept me updated throughout the process. He returned the car within the time he had estimated. And was really friendly. Brilliant experience and would thoroughly recommend him.

My mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done to a satisfactory standard. My problem is that the mechanic does not reply to the mobile number provided for by the website. My main concern/complaint is that the quote I was given was £182 but I was actually charged. £222. I cannot understand why. The original quote included parts and Labour costs for 1-2 hours plus vat. I’ve tried contacting the mechanic to find out why there was a difference in price but I have not had a reply as of yet. Also I wasn’t told at the time, by the mechanic that the price would be different. I would like a reply from either the mechanic or this site to explain the reason for this.

Marian was great. Turned up on time and carried out the work (change rear pads and discs both sides) in just over an hour. Very happy with the price as well.

I am very pleased with the work carried out. He diagnosed the issues with my car and gave excellent recommendations about cost effective ways to proceed. He also provided me with a detailed report, which will be very useful.
