He was friendly and when asked told me the car was all good. I would have liked to know that the parts required were awaiting delivery though. We were told the car would be returned in the afternoon but when it wasn't, I rang to check what was happening as I needed my car later! Then I learned they were still waiting for delivery which made me concerned if the job would be too rushed although I was assured there was enough time.

Yes he was friendly and communicated when he was coming, He took the car for its MOT and checked the car very carefully taking photographs of it before driving it. The MOT was done and recommendations made following this.

Had the clutch replaced on my Zafira and it appears they did a good job. The new clutch feels fine. Communication could have been better. They could have let me know that it was taking longer than expected. I had to call them myself to find out. Quality would have been 5 stars if they had forgotten to replace a fluid cap. I hadn't realised until they turned up on my doorstep to sort it.

Auto Pro were on time and pleasant to deal with but I cannot give full stars on the review due to their technician forgetting to replace my hydraulic cap after a clutch change. Thankfully I noticed as I happened to check my fluids and oil the day after the car was returned however if I did not check this myself who knows how long I would be driving without a fluid cap on.

The process was very smooth. I was contacted on the day with a time slot and my MOT and service were completed in just a few hours. They were even able to update my service record electronically.
