Can't speak highly enough of ACN motors, despite a mix up on the booking as it was well outside the distance for jobs they take on they still honoured the booking and collected my car, worked late to get the cam belt changed and even dropped the car back late at night. They could easily have cancelled the job after realising how far away it was. Car also had a Health check which was done thoroughly and picked up on a couple of bit that will need doing in next 12 to 18 months but no pressure to get it booked in urgently etc. both the mechanic (sorry can't remember the name) and Claire on reception communicated clearly through out the day and went above and beyond to get the job done. Aaron came on time a friendly gentleman had a short chat then he took my car away ( MOT and Major Service) was kept informed of any issues and the car came back a few hrs later all done I was given a few Advisories to keep an eye on all in all it was a painless operation that I will definitely be going through again thank you for the excellent service

Aaron and Claire went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, I received a thorough inspection with a detailed and honest report on my car, even being shown potential problem areas which may need attention in the future but never pushed me to get things done, it was all very relaxed. Lovely people who really know their cars and what sets them apart is they do the best for their customers at all times.
