100% happy with the service I received from ACN motors had my cambelt and water pump replaced the mechanic worked long after closing time until 2300 hrs to get the job completed and my car was delivered back on my driveway past midnight amazing service lots of communication very happy never have I had such grate service would recommend this garage in a heartbeat thanks again for your above and beyond customer service A******

Didn't actually meet the mechanic however all the comms through Claire was timely and helpful. They DID indeed carry out the work in a timely manner albeit missing my deadline which I did resolve.
Whilst I really like the ClickMechanic process I think it fair to also add some criticism of the way things are laid out. The booking slots which are 2hourly slots are fine BUT it asks 'when is the car available' and NOT 'the pick up time will be between these hours' When I advised in my booking the car was available between 0800-1200hrs (a 4 hr slot) I didn't anticipate the car not being collected until 1015. This put stress n the requirements for the return of the car which in turn added pressure to the mechanic. It needs clearer understanding of WHAT the time slots are actually for ( I was advised the slots were to PICK UP the car between these hours?) and not that the car will be done in that time! The mechanic team were amazing in doing the job, some areas of improvement would be to ensure the collection team have verified clothing to ensure security if of the utmost priority. The delivery of the vehicle was unfortunately late but this may be due to the late collection. Overall the workmanship was high quality and the brakes are now amazing. I would order through them again as the service was good.
