Mechanics arrived at agreed time. Had a look at potential problems, did a diagnostic check, found the problems & now require some work to be carried out.

Ashley was great. Came out to the middle of nowhere and diagnosed as well as fixed the issue quickly. Following a service he explained that on the whole the car is in good condition. Not sure I'd have got that feedback from a chain garage. Taught me a couple of things about the car too. Overall, a really good service provided.

The Mechanic was polite and Friendly, unfortunately the work carried out did not solve the problem and my car has further problems now.
