Chris was absolutely brilliant! He correctly diagnosed the fault on our car even before he actually laid eyes on it! He explained in detail exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it and was extremely professional in his approach. He was actually the third mechanic (the other two not being from Click Mechanic) to try to solve the problem but the only one able to identify it and fix it. I just wish that I had found ClickMechanic sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money.

Chris tried very hard to solve my problem with the car and even though it was not solved I feel that he did his very best under the circumstances.

Chris arrived in his own car which he left here and took my car to his place of work which is eight miles from here and undercover.
This was around 1pm and he returned the car later with the job completed. He had pre-arranged with me and Clickmechanic to fit a clutch assembly which was of a higher quality than the one allowed for in the original quote. This was agreed.
It was obvious that Chris was a knowledgeable mechanic and freely discussed the ins and outs of the work to be done. He checked his work when he arrived with the car and suggested That I also check occasionally for self satisfaction that All was OK. All in all a pleasing outcome . Read more
