Brandon was late for the assignment. He did not communicate with me. He did not finish his job but instead went on to claim the whole amount from my cardafter putting a false report on the platform. Up to now the booking reference number and the details of the job do not appear on the resolution centre so I cannot lodge a complaint on there. I am nor sure whether this is deliberate or not. So so disappointed. I ended up paying £50 for the MOT to be done elsewhere and I thought it was a joke that I was only refunded £19. I wouldn't have paid £50 had Brandon done his job.

Brandon communicated well, was friendly and very speedy with the repair. Made such a difference not having to take it into a garage and be without it all day !
