Was Comfortable to communicate, and reach out to again if any issues or advice for the vehicle is needed. Very easy to talk to and ask questions. The service from Rob was excellent. I used the AA for a car inspection last year, the service there was very good, but ClickMechanic worked out £100 less expensive and was just as good, or better. The ability to book a time slot on line made things very easy. An advantage over the AA was being able to message and even call the local mechanic, Rob, in advance. to mention some areas of the car I wanted him to look at in closer detail. The report was very thorough, but what made the difference was the ability to talk it through with Rob on the phone afterwards. He is clearly very experienced and is a great communicator.
