Audi A5 Water leak into rear of vehicle, specialist contacted. Temp repair completed. Original quote of 1 hour reduced to 30 minutes for inspection, no extra charge for temp repair.

George was a delight to deal with; polite, and friendly, and gave beneficial advice on my options for a detached rear window. He then responded with information on further options and cost estimates within 30 minutes of completing my job. He's a rarity and I would highly recommend him.
