The mechanic never turned up but insisted that the job has been done but I have been home all day the garage and the car locked and I have cctv to prove no one turned up AND the money has been taken for a job not done sounds like a scam to me and needs investigating seriously

Very poor service, mechanic arrived on time but with no knowledge of what issue was with car. He took it for a drive, decided he couldn't fix it and left. For this I was charged £325, the company then decided to try and put an unauthorised payment through on my card. This failed thankfully as Id moved my money out thinking i was being scammed.
I would definitely not use this company again, and would advise people to stay away from them.

Hi there,
I arrived on time and did the job as requested, however I could not complete the dpf regeneration as your exhaust was clogged beyond a clean and recommended other options, I can not change the pricing listed on here unfortunately, I was police and courteous and did everything as stated and tried to go above and beyond to help as much as I could which unfortunately didn’t work either there was no additional charge to the work done
