The mechanic manged to do an ineffective reapir to one of the replaced springs that could have failed at any future point. I paid for it to be done correctly. They cracked the windscreen & refused to have it repaired. The windscreen washer pipes were damaged & needed replacing. The covers were not replaced correctly & numerous tools & bolts were discovered in the engine well. Complained to ClickMechanic who have done nothing. Do not usde this company or this cowboy mechaqnic.

Would have liked to have seen parts breakdown £870 for alternator & belt ?
No Vat on invoice & I believe alternators come with a warranty & cash back on trade in ?

Unreliable and totally disappointed with the service, diagnosed problem, but failed to return to rectify the problem, failed to answer calls or respond to messages. Had to book car into garage to be sorted, so paid twice.

Abraham managed to find the fault on my car quickly . He explained clearly what the issue was and what needed to be done to rectify it . Very pleased with the outcome . Prompt efficient and tidy wouldn’t hesitate to use him again .

Abraham was friendly and capable.
He fitted a new timing belt, water pump and new track rod ends.
