Two turned up to fix my car. They thought they had fixed the problem but it was still there. They stayed until they fixed it

Absolutely terrific. My car was dropped at a different location by RAC they accepted the changed location no problem. Changed clutch no problem. Brilliant quick and friendly service.

The Mechanic came within the allocated time slot and completed a master cylinder change as agreed. Clutch feels brand new again. Very happy with the job.

Lula was communicative about the expected time of arrival. However booking an 8-10 slot for a reason to then get told its going to be 10-12 as parts were not arriving till 10 was disappointing. Mechanic arrived around 11.30 and commenced work for 2 hours to then tell me the dashboard lights are on regarding the brakes. They were not on before and didn't dissappear after a short drive either. Not what I was expecting at all, especially as needed to take a long drive that afternoon for sons birthday. Lula did explain an issue with the caliper to be fair but what ever was done has prevented auto stop from working and the electric parking break is faulty now. ..which they were not before the discs and pads were fitted. I'll put this down to bad luck this time ,just a shame it's happened the week it has and will use a local garage instead next time..rush or no rush. Read more

They knew what they were doing .and was very quick. I Only had one concern and that would be the price of the fly wheel I was told I needed.and they had one with them. And as the gearbox was out I didn't have much of a choice .but a good job

I was not happy with the service I received. The mechanic over charged me and I booked a priority appointment for 12-2 but didn't come till 6pm. The mechanic said he would let me off £10 as he came 4 hours late. I haven't received the refund of that.

lura was great. done a big job on my car. only took them half the time I thought it would have taken. would recommend.

Got the job done, not very chatty, but efficient. And the van was fixed within a couple of hours.
