It was great today but I accepted quote for work to be done and since then it's gone up please explain

I've abandoned my car at work for a few days. I work in a hospital so with my hours I was struggling to deal with it. I came across click mechanic and it was all so easy! He was absolutely brilliant and I'd use them again!
