Very pleased with the service. Diagnosis was accurate and armed with this was able to instruct the garage on the work required instead of being at their mercy! Will use the service again! Thank you for giving the motorist an alternative to the ravages of 'Main Dealers'.

Peter was good ....he did have problems with parts but that was beyond his control. He kept me informed I did go to his garage which was local. He carried out the work as required .

The two guys who arrived were courteous and let me know I needed extra part that wasn't included, I think they had one on the van, I left to to attend an appointment so wasn't there when they finished, I hope all was ok.

I was quoted £186.21 for an mot and service and now with a broken Spring the bill has more than doubled to £416.87. Shocked is not the word! I thought the price I was quoted was the price I pay, ok there was a broken Spring at 79 pounds plus labour , but more than double is beyond me?

I didn't have an issue with the work the mechanic carried out it was to a very high standard but I wouldn't use clickmechanic again as they have added extra labour to my invoice without informing me and when I emailed them about this 6 days ago they haven't even bothered to reply , it would of been much cheaper to get quotes from mechanics yourself then to ever use these . The mechanics only get a percentage of the hourly rate and obviously the rest goes to clickmechanic .
