John was fantastic. Arrived on time (slightly early!) . Lovely fella.

John was friendly and knowledgable, turned up exactly on time and got the car fixed within the hour.
Gave the info on the problem I had expected without any waffle.
Always annoying to have to pay out for repairs for a car you haven't owned for long, but John's politeness made it almost a pleasure.
Good to have the car repaired at my home address without having to arrange getting the car to a garage.
If anything else goes wrong with the car (hopefully not) I will put this service as my number one contact.

Excellent - one piece of work wasn't needed (despite the dealer wanting to charge me over £150) and John made the quick and simple fix and didn't charge for the (unneeded) part.

John was fantastic! My van broke down on Sunday afternoon. Came across clickmechanic so thought I'd take a gamble. Booked a 2 hour time slot for the next morning!! As i knew what was wrong (steering pump) it was great to be able to book the actual repair and pay by card knowing the cost.
John contacted me that Sunday evening to narrow the time slot down and came out and replaced the part required. It took longer than expected and John persevered resulting in a great repair.

Fantastic communication, even though it was a Sunday, and fairly priced.

Will definitely use again as it took a lot if stress and worry about being left without a vehicle whilst it sat in a garage.
