John provided an excellent service which helped me to make a final decision on a used van, that I wasn't able to come and see for myself. Thorough, honest and knowledgeable with a lot of experience - would high recommend and book again.

Excellent customer service. Honest and well explained what fault 'could be' and did not try to rip me off with any work that wasn't necessary.

John was friendly and professional. Despite a mix up over parts (my fault, not his) he was still happy to try to get to the root of the problem and charged what I felt was a very reasonable fee.
