This the second MOT and full Sevice carried out by Click Mechanic. Mechanic communicated time of arrival and progress of work, result of MOT. However, the report given regarding service does not match the work carried out. I have paid for a full Sevice but the mechanic does not appear to have updated the car service records or the work reported has not taken place because I’m getting notifications regarding service required and brake fluid requiring attention. When I had a full service before when these items were completed the car records were completed and updated. The car is communicating that this work has not been done. Can you explain how this can be rectified? This is making me anxious and I have a long journey planned at the weekend. Read more

Excellent service, friendly, honest and professional mechanic. Got in time to collect my car, did services and mot, they sent me pictures of all the process and explained what work will be done, also gave me all recommendations for my car.

Very happy with the whole experience. It was by far the cheapest quote for the work and it was carried out properly and professionally. I was kept informed on progress as it took longer than expected. Very convenient that my car was collected and delivered back. Will definitely use again
