This mechanic was great although he highlighted that when I’d last had my brake pads and sensors done back in may 2024 the mechanic (John) which was sent out didn’t actually replace the sensors and just bypassed them but I was still charged for part and labour, this is unacceptable and quite frankly dangerous.

Andy was prompt and very efficient and kept me updated on all work needed

They accepted the job through ClickMechanic promptly and Adam talking me through the process, they collected my vehicle and completed the job early,providing pictures step by step and also making sure I was happy with the work at the end.

Amazing customer service. Was kept informed throughout and supplied with pictures relating to the work, which is a first for me! Very reasonable price also for the additional work I needed with my MOT. Would recommend these to anyone.
