I know my windscreen wash wasn't filled I wonder what else was left off of the 70 point check I paid for, transmission oil for sure as I provided my own,

Prior to ariving at this clinets house we had called her and was told the only reason she booked a sevice was to top up the gearbox oil (she had already purchased). When we arrive and started the car the gear box oil wasnt the problem it had already a new clutch, which gave out a scraping sound.
As for the sevice, everything was checked but on a full sevice we only change the engine oil, oil filter and air filter. If any other fluids need changing then we charge extra. If they only need a top up then we top up. When i had check everything was in order. Due to the freezing temperatures the washer bottle can become frozen (-1 to -5).
Which is the case here.
