Bob arrived in the expected time window and undertook diagnosis of an engine misfire which had caused warning lights to appear. I appreciate that he took time to explain what he learned from his investigations and that he was able to recommend actions to resolve the fault.

Robert was A1 effective and speedy who also pointed out other work that needed done to the vehicle and also advised to empty the coolant reservoir and refill before winter thought that was extra helpful would high recommend and use in the future

The mechanic (Robert) contacted me to advise that he'd be delayed. With the reason given I assumed he'd arrange an alternative time & date & was suprised when he turned up.
Within 10 minutes off arrriving he'd the car up on stands & the wheels off, ~ 6 hours later he'd completed the job (other quotes had anticipated 8 hours worth of work).
He was well aware off the particular difficulties of changing a clutch on my vehicle.
Having put a few miles on the clock since the repair I have found no faults.

Rob was responsive to messages before the appointment then called ahead on the day to say he'd be available early. He arrived soon after and carried out the work without any issues.
