The clutch failed on Christmas Eve in the middle of the New Forest and the RAC towed the car to our family's house in Hampshire. Everything was closed for the duration of Christmas and New Year but we contacted ClickMechanic and they came to the rescue and arranged for Paul to come to the house on Monday. He came earlier than expected having phoned to say that he would be early and did an excellent job of replacing the clutch while the car sat in our drive. This was quite an involved job although Paul carried out the work with great efficiency and good humour. He took the car for a test drive and we are very well satisfied. Very helpful mechanic. Stood in for another mechanic today (Christmas Eve) at very short notice. Needed the job done asap as going on a long drive today so he came in as early as he could. Reliable, personable and professional.

Great communication from the start. Paul Called me to confirm his appointment. On the day, he was slightly late, due to something out of his control however he still phoned ahead to let me know this and it didn't cause me any bother. To be honest, it worked better for me. His work was very through. At the end of the job, he explained all that he had done in the service and gave me some advice on what needed to be looked at in the further I.e tyres and brakes.
