Very polite mechanic. Helpful with advice and helped put me in contact with a trusted mechanic who csn help resolve the issue.

Thomas arrived within the agreed timeframe, he was polite at all times & listened to my explanation of the problem. After a short examination of the vehicle he was able to diagnose the problem & advise how to rectify it. Although Thomas was unable to carry out the work himself he searched the internet & found a local garage who would probably be able to help, after which I contacted them & arranged the repair.

Yes Thomas was great - he diagnosed there was a blockage to the windscreen washers rather than a problem with the motor so he cleared this and replaced the pump anyway due to its age
