He was excellent. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed all the way through.

Bana was terrific! Polite and quick and didn’t make me feel like a child talking about the car. He showed none of the mechanic provado!

AA Bana Called me to let me know when he will be here and turned up on time. He spoke to me about the work he was doing and showed me parts he had replaced and the ones he took out every time he finished a job on the list. He explained anything I wasn’t sure about and made sure I was satisfied with the work carried out.
