Ahmed was 10 minutes early after being booked at very short notice. He was honest enough to tell me that the existing battery still had some life in it so it didn't necessarily need changing. I instructed him to carry out the work regardless. He was very polite and informative throughout and was happy for me to stand and watch him work, explaining to me what he was doing. A real honest, genuine guy, who I will definitely be using for any future work. Highly recommended!

He arrived an hour earlier than originally quoted, but let me know in advance that this would happen so I wasn't caught off-guard. He was quick, friendly and had my car running within 25 minutes of arriving. Couldn't fault the service.
