Following a booking with click mechanic a mechanic came out identified I had a leak in the radiator and promptly charged £42 to my card, said he would get me a quote the next day and following that I had an email confirmation saying they would visit next day. When trying to accept the quote no mechanic was available for another week, so as I needed my car the next day I promptly cancelled the quote and went to a garage, the garage quote was cheaper and no call out fee haha. My advice is to take your car to a garage it'll be cheaper and quicker, do not use click mechanic.

Clickmechanic inspected a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. The mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to answer my endless questions over the phone after the inspection. I'd definitely recommend!

Was ask to fix both rear wheel bearings didn't do any of this.Told me I had to pay for parts I refused couldn't turn up at time day arranged. Took car away for 4 hours.and says all he did was an inspection but car came back with over 30 more miles on wheels weren't even removed as no finger marks left on alloys.i know bearing were bad as it had bin inspected somewhere else and they wanted £211 to fix.this joker is now trying to charge me £47 pound for doing nothing.beware be you book anything of these they can charge you for doing nothing because they take your card number first
