Excellent experience from a company and mechanic I knew nothing about. I looked on line to see how much the part would cost and the advert popped up. I decided to try the booking system and was pleasantly surprised that the site quoted for the specific job that I wanted done. A little shakey getting the appointment over Fri, Sat, Sun but they emailed me back and kept me informed about what they were trying to do. Eventually got someone to take the job and the contact was perfect. Mechanic texted straight away to make mutual arrangements where to do the job. Came to place of work to do the job in the car park. Came early and contacted me straight away. Came down to open up for him and left him to do the job. Called me to come down when he had finished and gave good explanation of what was wrong and what he had done. Gave the ok for the payment to go through and received instant email confirming this. Service 95% (nobody's perfect) Mechanic 100% Communication 100% Time keeping 100% Efficiency 100% Would I use again? 100% Would I recommend? 100% especially to women who usually are at risk of getting ripped off. Ahmed was lovely. Kept us informed as to when he'd be here. Turned up when he said. Did a thorough check and told me what the problem was.
Would absolutely recommend.

Mechanic accepted the job then stated that the part wasn't going to be avail until later. Rearranged for 2 days later, which was fine with me.
Mechanic could not remove the bolts on my coil springs. Stated I should take to garage where they may have other tools. Twice stated that there would be no charge for call out. I then got a cancellation charge. When I raised a case mechanic stated that I had told him to charge me. Blatantly not true. This is with my credit card provider as an unauthorised charge.

Nice chap. Unfortunate that he couldn't unlock/restore the immobiliser so still at square one. However he did his best and would have him again if another electrical problem arose

The mechanic who attended to my car was polite and efficient with good communication and knowledge of the car I would highly recommend him Lord Martin Pountney.

Ahmed was great, he worked really hard with a problematic car. He was a real trooper and got the job done even though it was freezing and dark. Any issues he had he told me what the problems were so I was kept in the loop. Lovely guy and more than happy to use him again.
