Tim Shpetim was friendly, polite and assured me my car will be ok. The timing chain on my jag xe diesel was stretching making a noise. Shpetim collected car and came back on schedule with car that's running like a dream. I feel he went the extra mile with my car, left me impressed and happy to have had work completed by Shpetim.
