Vauxhall Corsa Clutch replacement

Was advised by clickmechanic that the work would be done within 5-7 hours, I booked it in on a Saturday morning and didn't get my car back until Monday evening. No communication after leaving several messages. Had to book a day off work, so loss of earnings and wouldn't use this service ever again. Was also told I had another issue with my clutch, but don't want to wait another 3 days so will get it done locally. Garage was an hours drive from my home and I thought the work would be done at my home address.

Hi your car was booked in for Saturday morning between 9 and 11am with the option of having it collected the weather was terrible so we had it collected to us free of charge and as for we are closed half day on Saturday and also all day on Sunday the next working day is Monday which it was completed and returned on the same day also we have advised uou of the other issue and you didn't want us to do it so car was returned also no mention of it taking 3 days to do would of been done tomorrow as for communication my number is on my profile and I can be contacted anytime for a update please read my other feedback .

Dave was not friendly at all he was very snappy with us if we asked him a question.
Plus on the first day dave took all our car apart threw bolts and car pieces under the car and then walked away for 6 days and there was no communication between us and him. So we are really not happy with the service we had from him I would never be using click mechanic again. Plus we did tell him we are disabled and needed the car a.s.a.p but that didn't seem to bother him

Completely untrue car was stripped down in a day and once clutch removed could clearly see that it needed a flywheel didn't have one on the van with me and customer also didn't have the money for it either so was rebooked a couple of days later which wasn't possible then due to bad weather after eventually the customer finding the money for a flywheel to be fitted I returned and all put back together and tested and was fully working with no problems please read my other feedback I treat every customer and customers cars with the upmost respect
