Jan was really very friendly, and explained clearly what would be done. I mentioned another fault my car had suddenly developed and he assured me that he would repair that as well. Very pleased.

Initially, there was some confusion with the time but once here Jan was very efficient, polite and did a thorough job replacing my brake pads giving me some info on the discs as well. It certainly took the hassle out of having to scour the area for car repairs, which is great when you work from home. Will definitely be using Click Mechanic again.
