I was at work so just left him to pick up the car from home and return it when finished. Advised of the work needed for the MOT - easy.

Al was friendly and when we encountered a problem with sourcing the part, he was honest and kept me updated until he found one. The appointment time should have been 10-12 and ended up being in the afternoon due to the sourcing issues but He was quick to respond to any communication and did a fast and efficient job on the mirror replacement.
